Discover the vibrant and expressive world of pastels in this two-day Intro to Pastels class led by artist Carol Jo Smidt. The class will take place March 6 & 7, from Noon–4:00 PM at the Orange City City Hall Community Room. Participants will explore pastel techniques, color blending, and composition in a supportive, hands-on learning environment. The cost is $100 per person. Participants will use the supplies provided during the class, but are welcome to bring their own pastel materials if they would like guidance or instruction on how to use them. This class is ideal for adult beginners or anyone curious about working with pastels and expanding their artistic practice.
