Enjoy a magical evening filled with local singers and musicians performing their favorite stage songs.

Mark your calendars for February 10th, 2024 – an evening filled with enchantment awaits you! Join us at this remarkable event where local singers will grace the stage with their incredible talents. Together, let us create an unforgettable night while making a difference in supporting Orange City Arts.

The evening will be one of music, hor devours, wine (and other non-alcoholic refreshments), and Broadway tunes sung by individuals from our talented local community.

A social hour is from 6:30-7:30 pm for food and drinks while listening and enjoying beautiful music being played, and musicians from the area entertain you. The concert will begin at 7:30 pm.

Performances include the infamous 4-part harmony quartets from Music Man, sung by Ed Starkenburg, Tim Van Voorst, Greg Steggerda, and Mike Noteboom, and State Fair, sung by Greg Steggerda, Jack Bonnecroy, Drew Lemke, and Jim Bonnecroy.

Incredible soloists have chosen a favorite Broadway tune to perform:

Amanda Lemke-Me and the Sky from Come From Away, Drew Lemke- Luck Be A Lady Tonight from Guys and Dolls, Andrew Harcum- Evermore from Beauty and the Beast, Brandon Miller- When Words Fail from Shrek, Linda Dykstra- Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again from Phantom of the Opera, Jenness Wolgen- I’m Just a Girl Who Cain’t Say No from Oklahoma, Amanda Haverdink- Defying Gravity from Wicked, Angela Riedeman- All That Jazz from Chicago, Tom Toel-To Dream the Impossible Dream from Man of LaMancha, Mike Noteboom- On the Street Where You Live from My Fair Lady, Jim Bonnecroy-Till There Was You from Music Man, Jack Bonnecroy- Bring Him Home from Les Miserables, Ashlyn Vander Stelt- Don’t Rain on My Parade from Funny Girl, Corky Koerselman- Oh! What a Beautiful Morning from Oklahoma, Donna Muilenburg- Climb Every Mountain from The Sound Of Music, Christie Conover- Somewhere over the Rainbow from Wizard of Oz, JoLynn Van Steenwyk- You’ll Never Walk Alone from Carousel, Nancy Landegent Vos- Far From the Home I Love from Fiddler, and Rebecca Mangold – I Wanna Wash that Man Right Outa My Hair from South Pacific.

We also have three dynamic duets sung by: David Janssen and Jonathan Foster- Agony from Into the Woods, Dennis Rockhill and Abby Rockhill Beckler- All I Ask of You from Phantom of the Opera, and Susan Veltkamp and Jadeyn Sjaarda- For Good from Wicked.

Char Ten Clay will emcee with Dawn Steggerda and Pam Anderson will accompany each number and provide special music during our Social Hour. Emily Toel will also favor us with selections on her clarinet during Social Hour.

This fundraiser supports our 2024 Performance Fund, which brings artists to the summer OnStage concert series and provides art workshops for children.
