Allison Eide is a singer-songwriter and artist from the heart of Minnesota.  The Minneapolis native began her music career at the age of 12 when she performed and toured with her father, Peder Eide, who has been a national singer-songwriter and worship artist for 25+ years. Allison has followed in Peder’s footsteps by branching into her musical career.

From the first song she composed on her piano at age six to her 2018 national debut EP, In the Moment, the vocal and piano pairing quickly paved the way for herself in the music industry.  Allison also creates Reel Songs, which are 30-second songs she writes for social media from prompts given by her listeners. Combined with the wisdom of an old soul, her rich voice, and her witty lyrics, you receive a sense of true friendship and honesty from her goofy and confident presence.

Intertwined in the joy of her music, Allison’s mission is to help bring freedom to those struggling with mental illness. While the majority of her personal story stems from her own mental health struggles, she expresses, “I long for each of my listeners to feel seen and known in the body and mind each life in right now, walking away with the joy that comes with knowing they have an incredible purpose in this messy, good life.”

While Allison has nationally toured and performed for conferences, festivals, and other venues, she was also a successful four-year NCAA athlete playing for her university’s basketball team.  Through her athletic career, she has used her experience to inspire others to chase after their passions and dreams.
